Elysium EPL has always championed collaborative working as a business discipline, and several of our successful client relationships have been built on this. We are a Capability Partner of the Institute for Collaborative Working Australia (ICWA), and many of our team have gained ICWA’s accreditation as Collaborative Leaders to augment their many years of experience.

In addition to our commitment to collaborative working practices, we have championed effective stakeholder engagement, risk management, and compliance as key to the success of our transformation projects. With this in mind, we have reached the next logical step: our Collaborative Business Relationships Management System has been accredited under ISO standard 44001.

The ISO 44001 standard – for Collaborative Business Relationships Management Systems –enables organisations of all sizes to establish and manage collaborative relationships with suppliers, customers, partners, and internal departments. This supports the building of systemic, enduring and scalable collaborative systems which generate additional value beyond what can be achieved with traditional transactional relationships.

Elysium EPL recently completed the rigorous auditing process, with the accreditation finalised in August 2025. This not only supports our work with clients and partners but also improves our ability to work together as a company in line with our EPL. We look forward to continuing to support implementing effective business relationship management with our clients and partners, ensuring projects are delivered with systems and cultures that enable better long-term outcomes.
