The value of collaborative partnerships

As John C. Maxwell once said, “Collaboration is multiplication.”
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. As a SME professional services firm, we focus on delivering enduring solutions for our clients in the areas where we have expertise. By teaming up with like-minded partners that offer complementary skills, we can multiply the value we deliver for our clients by solving the systemic problems.
“When you’re committed to supporting the Defence and national security mission as we are, there is no “I” in “team”,” said Director Brett Ackroyd. “Effective protection of Australia’s national interest is a collaborative endeavour that reaches into the far corners of the country so that the right specialists are engaged.”
Elysium EPL was founded on a philosophy of #collaboration. It means we don’t see other #SMEs as competitors – we see them as #partners in delivering enduring solutions for our clients.

Last week, we formally teamed up with fellow SME Parbery through the agreement of our Joint Relationship Management Plan (JRMP). This is a key tool of the ISO 44001 standard adapted for our #EEPL Collaborative Working Toolbox to enable us to leverage our collective strengths to achieve greater value for each other and our joint clients.
“Parbery share our belief that the innovation and expertise of our Australian workforce, working collaboratively, can provide world-class solutions to the problems facing governments and industry today,” continued Brett. “I believe we have a sovereign Defence prime - it is made up of likeminded SMEs working collaboratively together within an intentional, systematic and enduring business relationship management system."
This is also a key step in our journey to Elysium EPL becoming accredited under the international standard for collaborative working: ISO 44001 (Collaborative Business Relationship Management Systems). This will amplify the work we already do as a capability provider for the Institute for Collaborative Working Australia and in delivering reform to how Australian industry and government organise, collaborate and deliver greater value.
