A certified Great Place to Work

It’s official – we are once again a certified Great Place to Work!

 

This is the fourth year in a row we have achieved this certification, thanks to 95% of our workforce believing that Elysium EPL is a great place to work.

 

The most pleasing part for us is that our people feel supported and empowered to do their jobs.

 

“Since the organisation started in 2017, the Management team has made a concerted effort to foster a workplace that truly empowers the individual,” said Chief Operations Officer Jamie Waddington. “We know that as humans, we can be at our best when we are trusted, feel valued and supported.”

 

“More than the certification, it’s so satisfying to see that our people rated us highly across those particular areas, which shows that culture is still alive and well eight years on.”

 

This is made even more impressive with the team growing by more than 20 per cent in the last 12 months. Whilst growth can sometimes bring challenges, it also brings great opportunity.

 

“We place a really strong focus on building a great team of people,” continued Jamie. “Our recruitment process is tailored to ensure we bring people into our team that not only have the right skills and experience, but who also share our values and culture whilst being able to bring diverse ideas and perspectives to the table.”

 

The survey of the Elysium EPL team members showed that 95 per cent consider Elysium EPL to be a great place to work, with high scores in areas of inclusivity and work-life balance.  In comparison, only 60% of employees at a typical Australia-based company believe their workplace is a Great Place to Work, highlighting Elysium EPL’s outstanding work culture.
